Tracking Information
Please allow 1.5 – 2.5 weeks after placing your order to receive tracking information. Since all orders are custom-made, each pair takes multiple days to complete before shipping.

Shipping Information
We ship orders using USPS (domestic & international) and DHL (international). Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

If your product arrives damaged in transit, you must file a claim with USPS or DHL within 7 days of dispatch.

Sole Struck is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the package is in transit.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot update the shipping address.

Sole Struck is not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance in these cases.
Processing Time

All orders are handmade-to-order. Processing time before shipping is typically 1.5-2.5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of orders we are processing at the same time.

During peak seasons or high-demand releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier (average 7–14 business days after shipment).

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Customs delays are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once packages are handed to USPS or DHL, Sole Struck is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your carrier directly.

We recommend choosing a secure delivery address (such as your workplace or an address with a package locker) to reduce the risk of theft.
Signature Confirmation
For higher-value orders, Sole Struck may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your order is safely received.
Returns & Refunds (Shipping Related)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing unit number, or failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for paying a reshipment fee.
