Tracking Information

Please allow up to 1.5 - 2 weeks after your order was placed, to receive your tracking information. All orders are custom made once an order is placed and take multiple days to be made. Tracking numbers are sent via email and or text. If you have any questions about your tracking information, please email us.

 

Shipping Information

We dispatch orders using USPS and DHL. Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout.

If your product(s) arrived damaged, you can file a claim with USPS or DHL. They only allow claims to be filed 7 days following the day in which we dispatched the parcel.

 

More Information About Shipping & Delivery

Contact us at info@thesolestruck.com if there are any edits to your order or changes to your shipping address before it is processed. Please take a moment to confirm your shipping address when you receive your confirmation email. We are not able to change your shipping address once it has been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Sole Struck is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If your confirmation email states a different address or if it needs editing, please email us at info@thesolestruck.com so we can update it in a timely manner. Sole Struck is not responsible for packages once they are in transit or marked as 'delivered' by the carrier.
