Is the shoe price included in the design?

Answer:
Yes. The price of the Air Force 1 shoe is included in the final cost of your custom design. All shoes are brand new and purchased from authorized Nike retailers.


Are your shoes authentic?

Answer:
Absolutely. Every pair is 100% authentic and sourced directly from official Nike retailers before customization.


How do I cancel my order?

Answer:
Order cancellations are not possible. All orders are processed immediately after purchase. If you need to modify an order, please email info@thesolestruck.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Who do I contact regarding my order?

Answer:
All order-related inquiries should be sent to info@thesolestruck.com.
Please avoid sending Instagram direct messages or leaving comments, as they have a slower response time and may be overlooked due to high volume.


How soon will I get a response?

Answer:
We respond to emails within 48 hours.


How do I get a refund?

Answer:
Refunds are only available in two cases:

  1. If the wrong item or size was sent.

  2. If the product is defective upon arrival.

To be eligible, items must be completely unused and returned to Sole Struck before a refund is processed. Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 4–7 business days.


My package was returned to the sender. What do I do?

Answer:
Packages may be returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing unit/apartment number, or delivery issues such as "attempted – not known." If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying a reshipment fee. Please double-check your address before placing future orders to avoid additional charges.

How long does shipping take?

Answer:
Shipping times vary depending on customization and location. Standard processing time for custom orders is 1.5 - 2.5 weeks, as each pair is hand-painted and made to order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days within the U.S. and 7–14 business days internationally.


Do you ship internationally?

Answer:
Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply in their country.


Can I request a fully custom design?

Answer:
Yes. We accept custom requests. If you have a design idea in mind, please email info@thesolestruck.com or reach out via our website form with details and reference photos.


How do I know my shoe size?

Answer:
All shoes are based on standard Nike sizing. We recommend checking your current Nike shoes for the most accurate fit. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.


How do I take care of my custom sneakers?

Answer:
Our designs are made with professional-grade leather paints and sealants for durability. To ensure long-lasting wear:

  • Avoid machine washing or submerging in water.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.


Are the shoes waterproof?

Answer:
The paint is water-resistant and sealed for protection; however, the shoes are not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or deep water to preserve the artwork.


Can I return a custom order if I don’t like it?

Answer:
Since each pair is made-to-order and customized by hand, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please make sure you are confident in your design before placing an order.
